Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and other factors beyond our control. Below are estimated shipping times by country:
🇨🇦 Canada: 10–25 days
🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 days
Please note that during peak times or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are beyond our control. Worldwide orders may face unexpected customs delays, which could extend delivery times.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information can lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects any issues with the address, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we don’t receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@svitlova.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee adjustments after this period.
Delayed Delivery
At Svitlova, we work hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes delays occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather, transportation disruptions, or courier delays. In such cases, we will work closely with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.
There may also be unexpected delays in processing or shipping due to product availability, address verification, or payment issues. If any issues arise, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note, Svitlova cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors. We will, however, keep you informed on the status of your order and provide support wherever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While rare, lost or stolen packages do sometimes occur. Once your package has been handed over to our courier partners, it is unfortunately out of our control. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@svitlova.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Many couriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages, and they may require information from you to complete it. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to track your package and keep you updated.
Please note, Svitlova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything possible to help resolve the issue. If the package is not recovered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
In some cases, couriers may be able to locate and deliver the package. If not, you may need to file a police report.
