After this period, the order will have likely entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If you do cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take special care to ensure our products are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it is physically broken or has a defect. However, cosmetic damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, where the product inside remains intact, is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, send an email to support@svitlova.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or any other factors beyond our control. If you experience issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the courier for assistance. Svitlova is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we are unable to offer a refund or resend.
